Challenger

Late enough but not too late, after two years of featuring just a plain XHTML/CSS design, Challenger has been recently upgraded to a more suitable and more flexible publishing platform: Word Press.

Working is still under way on this new website, as the change log below shows it.

v. 3.0

1. 20080511 - Installed WordPress 2.5.1 featuring Michael Oeser’s BranfordMagazine 2.51 theme.
2. 20080513 - Published the “予約” (Reservation) page. Reservation forms provided by delicious:days’ cforms II WP plugin. ‘Check availability’ link to Challenger Calendar via iBegin’s iBox WP plugin.
3. 20080514 - Published the “英語” (English Lessons) page. (Still some work left to do on the Japanese presentation text.)
4. 20080515 - Published the “よくある質問” (FAQ) page. FAQ layout by Knowledge Constructs’ free FAQ-Tastic Lite WP plugin with a hint of AJAX-ification using Sivel.net’s tutorial.
5. 20080517 - Published the “条件” (Terms of Agreement) page.
6. 20080521 - Published the “インフォ” (Info) and the “プライバシーポリシー” (Privacy Policy) pages. Reorganized the FAQ, Terms of Agreement, and Privacy Policy pages as sub-pages of the Info.
7. 20080523 - Published the draft of “リソース” (Resources) page. (Still some work left to do on the quiz pages integration.)

1. 20080613 - Changed theme to Justin Tadlock’s Options 1.2 featuring my modded (and still beta) ‘Tleilaxu 1.0′ style.
2. 20080614…15 - Various bug fixes and theme tuning.
3. 20080616 - FAQ Tastic Lite plugin replaced with DeUCeD’s Collapsible Elements.
4. 20080625 - Modified and corrected info on several pages.
5. 20080626 - Updated, fixed and restyled the registration forms.
